Between Rum Point and East End, quiet and low-density
Part of
One of 8 areas across Grand Cayman
About
North Side runs along the top of the island between Cayman Kai and East End, a sparsely built stretch facing the north wall. It is quiet and residential, with the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park inland and some of the island’s best wall diving directly offshore. Villas here are five-bedroom properties, some with private beach access and others built around the pool, and Rum Point is a short drive west for the beach club and the sandbar.
