The interior leans contemporary rather than the stone-heavy look of some of the East End villas — high ceilings and expansive glass walls keep the ocean visible, but the furnishings and finishes are more modern. The dining room seats ten, which matters for a group of this size trying to eat together, and the kitchen is fully equipped rather than a minimal setup.

The private pool is framed by sun loungers and shaded seating rather than an open deck, and lush gardens surround the property, giving it more privacy from neighbouring lots than an exposed lot would. Beyond the gardens the property has its own beach frontage, so guests have both the pool and the sea without leaving the grounds.
