Kai Vista – 4BR Pool & Spa Villa, Rum Point

Large glass doors connect the open-plan living room to the pool deck, with a media area and dining space arranged for the villa's nine-guest capacity. Interiors lean contemporary rather than traditional Caribbean, with tasteful, understated decor rather than heavy tropical styling.

The infinity pool is the deck-level feature, angled so its edge appears to merge with the ocean beyond. A heated spa sits next to it, useful on cooler evenings, and a shaded outdoor dining area handles al fresco meals. Beyond the pool deck the property has its own beach frontage, so guests can choose between pool, spa and open water.
