Quiet residential shoreline, docks and reef swimming

About
Grand Cayman’s south coast runs east from George Town through Prospect, Red Bay and Savannah — residential, unhurried, and close enough to town that a commute is a matter of minutes rather than an expedition. Villas here take in gated waterfront homes with private dock access, houses directly on the sand, and oceanfront properties on the ironshore where you swim off a ladder rather than a beach. The reef sits close in along much of this coast, which keeps the water calm and the snorkelling good straight from the shoreline.
