Point of View 5BR – Beachfront Villa, South Sound

Limestone floors and teak wood accents run through the open-plan living area, giving the interior a warmer, more textured feel than an all-white contemporary build. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead out to the pool deck. A media room and a dining area with sea views round out the indoor space, sized for the villa's 14-guest capacity.

The infinity pool and multiple sun terraces are the main outdoor draw, but the beachfront cabana is the differentiator — a shaded structure set at the sand itself rather than back at the pool deck, giving guests somewhere to sit right at the water without full sun exposure. The outdoor kitchen and dining area handle al fresco meals separately from the indoor kitchen.

Five en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 14 guests. The primary suite includes a private terrace with ocean views; the remaining four bedrooms are set up with flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups, with high-quality linens and blackout shades throughout.

The villa sits in South Sound on Grand Cayman's South Coast, directly on a private sandy beach. This area is quieter and less commercial than Seven Mile Beach or West Bay, expect to drive for most restaurants and attractions, in exchange for a private stretch of beach and fewer neighboring properties.
