A separate media room gives the group a second space to split off into, which matters more here than in smaller villas given the higher guest count. Furnishings are contemporary and sized for a crowd rather than an intimate couple's stay.

The pool deck here functions more like a resort amenity than a typical villa pool — an infinity pool plus hot tubs, set up to handle a full 16-guest group at once rather than four or six people. The private sandy beach sits just beyond the pool deck through the same glass doors, giving guests a choice between pool and open water without walking far in either direction.

Six en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 16 guests, so multiple rooms are set up to sleep more than a couple — this is the villa in the group best suited to families with kids or two families traveling together.
