Limestone floors run continuously from the entry through the open living, dining, and kitchen area, with no interior walls breaking up the space. The result is a single long room that faces the water on one side. Furniture is arranged in two zones — a seating area for the group and a separate dining table sized for a full house — rather than one crowded layout.

The private pool sits on the terrace closest to the house, with the dock extending out past it toward open water. Outdoor dining is set up under cover, so meals aren't dependent on full sun or shade. Because the dock does double duty as a swim entry point, guests who want to snorkel don't need to walk anywhere — gear on, off the back steps, into the reef.

Five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms sleep up to 14 guests. The primary suite has its own terrace with ocean views and an en-suite bath; the remaining four bedrooms are sized for couples or kids sharing, each with blackout shades and enough storage for a full week's luggage. With five bedrooms against 14 guests, expect some rooms to sleep more than two.

The villa sits on Grand Cayman's South Coast, an area known for calmer water and fewer hotels than Seven Mile Beach or West Bay. There's no walkable restaurant row here, this is a residential stretch of coastline, so groups should plan to drive for dining and nightlife. What it trades in walkability it makes up for in direct water access: the dock puts snorkeling steps from the back door instead of a beach walk or boat ride away.
