Evolution Villa

There is only one way to design such a villa… so Evolution is quite wide at 165+ feet. Evolution is situated on over 250′ of sandy beach, adjacent to Bodden Town’s cemetery beach.

Choose from two primary suites, four queen suites, and a slumber party suite that sleeps 8 across two sets of full-over-full bunks and an Xbox One gaming console.

West Primary Suite – ocean view, king bed, walk-out access to the pool deck, cable television with Apple TV, Sonos sound system, room safe, ensuite with dual vanity, water closet, plus soaking tub and shower.
West Deck Suite – ocean view, queen bed, walk-out access to the pool deck, cable television with Apple TV, Sonos sound system, ensuite with walk-in shower.
West Middle Suite – ocean view, queen bed, walk-out access to the pool deck, cable television with Apple TV, Sonos sound system, ensuite with walk-in shower. Bunk Suite – ocean view, two full over full bunks, Xbox One gaming console, walk-out access to the pool deck, cable television with Apple TV, Sonos sound system, ensuite with shower/tub combo.
East Deck Suite – ocean view, queen bed, walk-out access to the pool deck, cable television with Apple TV, Sonos sound system, ensuite bath with walk-in shower. Complimentary snorkel equipment is provided for all guests upon request. Wander the secluded shoreline and discover what it’s like to have the beach almost to yourself, or rub elbows with islanders at local spots like the Czech-Inn Grill, South Coast, or Grape Tree Café.
