Spanning over 8,000 sq. ft., this magnificent oceanfront home features ample outdoor space including a 75-foot-long pool with a whirlpool spa, an expansive covered veranda, an outdoor kitchen with a propane BBQ grill, plus an oceanfront pergola. The main villa sleeps 16 guests (10 adults max) across five spacious bedroom suites and two comfortable pull-out couches. All bedrooms except the twin suite enjoy spectacular ocean views and offer private balconies or covered porticos. info Property Info The gourmet kitchen comes equipped with modern stainless appliances, granite counters, and a breakfast bar with seating. The great room dining area provides seating for 14 and features a retractable glass wall providing walk-out access to the pool deck and open-air views of the Caribbean. Villa Mora’s guest cottage sits at the far end of the pool beyond the heated spa and features two queen suites accommodating an additional 4 guests. Each suite opens out onto an oceanfront deck nestled against manicured lawns down to the beach. The cottage also features a covered veranda with an outdoor kitchen and bar area. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 20 guests total, 14 adults max*) The main villa can be rented alone for up to 16 guests, 10 adults max, with an option to include the guest cottage to sleep a total of 20 guests, 14 adults max. The rent difference is $300/night plus taxes and fees. Even if you rent just the main villa, the outdoor kitchen is yours to use. The cottage is never rented out to unrelated guests during your stay. Villa’s Notable Features The westerly position of the villa leaves the 4 oceanfront bedrooms, pool deck, and kitchen in the morning shade for late sleepers. An oceanfront, saline infinity pool with an outdoor shower. The lower level living area comes furnished with a television, an upright piano, and walk-out access to the pool deck. The upper-level great room features vaulted ceilings and is furnished with plush couches and chairs, plus spectacular oceanfront views. The kitchen is a chef’s paradise with 2 warming drawers, 3 Sub Zero refrigerators, dual Miele dishwashers, 2 wine coolers, a large commercial-grade range with double ovens and ample counter space. A new oceanfront breakfast nook with pool deck access was recently added. The grand formal dining room is furnished with a 12-foot table and stunning chandeliers. Propane grill on the pool deck just outside the kitchen for island cookouts. Alfresco dining under the veranda with seating for 12 guests. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 12 guests total, 10 adults max) Bedroom #1: primary suite, upper level, king bed, ocean views, walkout access to a shared ocean balcony, ensuite with double vanity, soaking bathtub, and separate shower. Bedroom #2: upper level, king bed, ocean views, walkout access to a shared ocean balcony, shares ensuite bath across the hall equipped with dual vanity and shower. Bedroom #3: upper level, queen bed, ocean views, uses adjacent hall bathroom equipped with a shower. Bedroom #4: upper level, 2 twin beds, garden views, ensuite with dual vanity and shower; twin beds can be fitted into a king upon request. Additional sleeping: a sleeper sofa in the lower level media den suitable for 2 children 12 or younger only; includes an ensuite with shower. Pease Bay House is only 10-12 minutes from the Countryside Shopping Village in Savannah, where you will find a large grocery store, as well as a pharmacy, wine shop, gym, bank, restaurants, and take-away eateries. The Grand Cayman Villas private fitness center, exclusive to only our villa guests, is 10 minutes away and features cardio equipment, weights, universal, bands, rowers, bikes, and a yoga studio.
